We had a last minute change to a different location and it was the best decision! Anna & Marty chose to have their bay area engagement photos in the hills of Fremont. It is a location that is secret to them and where they’ve created many memories together. We took a small drive passing many cows on our way to the top of the hill giving us a beautiful overlook of Fremont. They used to hike to the top frequently, so it was nice to capture them in a location that was near and dear to them.
Anna & Marty were so much fun and such naturals behind the camera! We started with popping a bottle of champagne, and halfway through the session, the cows we had passed on the road came up to join us! I was not aware of their presence and they definitely spooked me! It was so fun having an audience even though they looked like they wanted to eat us (I know I know, I’m a scaredy cat). We ended the evening with the last catch of the sunset peeking out from behind the hill giving us a little golden glow!
Anna & Marty met at an Oakland A’s game and that is where their love story began. They share a love for hiking and during a hike at their favorite spot in Sunol, Marty Proposed!!Anna of course said YES and now they are planning the rest of their lives together. They are amazing people with beautiful souls! It felt like I have known them for a long time, like we were hanging out and not doing a session. They are so sweet and easy going with A LOT of chemistry. Anna & Marty made my job easy! Check out how much fun we had!
