Kim and Preston had their Monterey engagement photos at Lovers Point Park. This Park and beach is such a fun and beautiful area. We met up at the park and took a little walk to a less crowded area. They brought their newborn daughter and we were able to capture some first family photos. Their daughter is just so precious and she was definitely giving me baby fever.
Kim and Preston wanted to be casual and comfortable, dressing in very nice athleisure wear and they looked great! We had a great time getting to know each other, and they nailed my posing prompts. They sure know how to have a great time!
Kim and Preston are both incredible humans who have so much love for others. Kim is active Navy and Preston is a school teacher, so very thankful for their service to our country and children. They will be leaving the US next year on a new assignment, but first will be tying the knot. Preston designed Kims engagement ring himself and he did a great job! It is a gorgeous and unique ring and I cannot wait to take more detailed photos of it on their wedding day.
I am so excited to return to Monterey for their wedding in less then 2 weeks! My wedding season kicks off with Kim and Prestons wedding day and I know it is going to be stunning!
I told Kim and Preston to dance and they jumped right in, didn’t think, and magic was made. I love these fun candid photos.
