There’s something so special about Casa Real weddings. The way the light dances through the vineyard, the timeless architecture, and the feeling of stepping into a space made for celebration. Amanda and Albert’s wedding at Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery was a perfect example of what makes this Livermore wedding venue such a dream.
Amanda and Albert began their wedding day side by side. Spending a quiet morning getting ready together before putting on their formal attire. There was something so grounding and special about that time. Just the two of them, soaking in the calm before the celebration began.
Amanda slipped into a gorgeous satin gown, classic, elegant, and timeless in every way. Albert looked sharp in a black tuxedo and bowtie, keeping things effortlessly sophisticated. Before heading to the ceremony, they shared a private first look. Full of emotion, quiet joy, and deep connection. As a Bay Area wedding photographer, these moments are what I live for. The real, raw, beautiful in-betweens that say so much without needing words.
The day began with a gorgeous outdoor ceremony in Casa Real’s sunlit patio. Surrounded by lush greenery and framed by a stunning floral arch from The Flower House, Amanda and Albert exchanged vows in front of their closest family and friends. The space felt peaceful, romantic, and full of meaning. The perfect way to start their next chapter.
Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed a relaxed and lively cocktail hour in the courtyard. With signature cocktails, a full bar, and delicious passed hors d’oeuvres, everyone had the chance to mingle, connect, and soak in the joy of the moment. It was the perfect warm-up for the celebration ahead.
After cocktail hour, Amanda and Albert made their grand entrance and Albert immediately brought the energy! He showed off his dance moves and had the whole room cheering. It was the kind of moment that set the tone for the rest of the night. Playful, personal, and unforgettable.
During dinner, we snuck away for sunset portraits among the vineyards. As a Livermore wedding photographer, this golden hour light is something I always look forward to. Soft, romantic, and full of glow. Amanda and Albert were completely themselves. Laughing, embracing, and soaking up the beauty of the moment together.
After dinner, the fun kept going with two reception games that brought the house down. The classic Shoe Game followed by an energetic round of Scavenger Musical Chairs. It was such a playful way to get guests involved and keep the energy high throughout the evening.
Once the dance floor opened, guests danced the night away with a little help from two crowd-favorite late-night snacks: a donut flambé station and a french fry bar. It was a delicious and unexpected treat that kept everyone going well into the evening.
Amanda and Albert’s wedding was the perfect blend of elegance, laughter, and personal touches, a true reflection of their love. If you’re searching for a Bay Area wedding venue that offers a timeless setting, thoughtful service, and golden-hour vineyard views, Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery checks every box.
As a Livermore wedding photographer, I’m always honored to capture love stories in this space and Amanda and Albert’s wedding reminded me exactly why I love what I do.
